"Black Haze" - new GLO book

There's a book for everyone at West End's Shrine of the Black Madonna Cultural Center and Bookstore. One of the institutions of the Pan-African Orthodox Christian Church, the bookstore will host several book signings this month.

Book signings include:

• Ricky L. Jones, author of "Black Haze", signs his work at 1 p.m. Saturday. As a fraternity member, past chapter president and former national committee member, Jones writes about the sometimes deadly world of black fraternity hazing. Examining five major black Greek letter fraternities, Jones writes stories about the men who join them and about those who want to join the organizations.
