So glad that you landed in the right place. Recruitment is so hard, on both sides of the aisle. Exhaustion, emotions, endless conversations, etc. Your thread demonstrates all that, as well as showing new PNMs that if you keep going and trust the system AND give your sorority a chance, you can be so happy.

Congrats on finding your home and thank you for sharing your story! It was so well written that I felt I was right there with you (and some of your experiences mirrored mine as I'm sure they did many others), it was a total delight to read and I hope that current PNM's will read this to get a better understanding of rush and what to expect.

Thank you for reading and for the kind comments! I enjoyed writing my story, and I'm glad you all enjoyed it!

As a side note, I just realized that all through this thread my signature was on. The signature that contains part of ASA's creed *facepalm*.

Thank you for sharing. And, no worries about the creed. We didn't know that Cumin was ASA. It could have gone another direction. Your confusion, disappointment and ultimate happiness came through. All of these feeling are universal and should help pnms get a better feel for the process. Bravo!
