DH and I got whole wheat pizza dough from trader joe's and some pizza fixins, so we're making that tonight and a nice salad to watch LOST with.

Chicken with mango salsa and artichokes! It was really good and not very hard to make. Oh, but cutting a mango can be a little tricky until you get the hang of it.
