Can you start a sorority on campus after being dismissed from another sorority?

I would really like to continue being involved in Greek Life. Can I start a chapter of another national sorority on my campus, even though I've been dismissed from another sorority?

Oh Lordy.

Once you have been initiated into an NPC sorority, you may never join another NPC sorority.

If you were initiated but later "dismissed", no, you can never be a member of another NPC sorority.

Also, NPC expansion doesn't work the way you seem to indicate.

If you are an initiated member, no you cannot.

Also, one does not simply just "start" a chapter. Please read up on the process and educate yourself:
