Mahi tuna with some sort of side.

Boyfriend and I have been pretty good about cooking and not eating out, worse part is figuring out what to make each night.

Was going to have a turkey patty. I put it on the stove and then called my sister in Wyoming, and got caught up in her tales of wild animals; a porcupine quilled her dog, but the dog is getting better, and a moose was in the parking lot this AM at the lodge where she works. Then, I smell something burning. There went dinner. So, had a root beer float from A @ W, (not home-made, but still, it was good.)

Bacon horseradish dip. You'll learn.

Zucchini Parmesean without the sauce - still with the "house wine" - sweet tea.

A big thick Wagyu beef ribeye that I seared lightly in butter and olive oil, and then put in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes until it was just barely medium rare.
