Recolonization recruitment

What would be some good questions to ask/expect during my recruitment process for a chapter that will be recolonizing at my school?

There are quite a few threads on here about colonizations. They are going to want to get to know you, what you have done, what your goals are, and especially they're going to want to get a feel for your leadership potential, ability to work as a member of a team, and sense of commitment.

I could imagine questions like, what role do you see yourself holding in the colony? How do you see colony life impacting your schoolwork and other commitments? Why do you want to join a colony? And where are you from, what's your major, what's your favorite color, what did you do last summer, all that kind of stuff as well.

Be yourself, be thorough and BE HONEST.
