I think something got lost in translation. LaneSig mentioned a date who was a ZTA. I had a dress like the one mentioned. My comment was along the lines of if I HAD been a ZTA, I might think he was talking about me (and my dress). And no, I was not a ZTA nor was I a member of any other sorority.

One of our pre-reorganization chapters was at Randolph Macon! I can’t remember if it just closed or if it was one that was surrendered to another sorority.

Randolph-Macon Women's College was in Lynchburg (in the Shenandoah Mountains) and has become Randolph College, I believe the current enrollment is about 250, I cannot imagine any sororities returning to this college. (Nine NPC groups had single letter chapters here.)
Randolph-Macon College is in Ashland (just north of Richmond) and was an all-male college until the 70's. This is the school that has three NPC groups.

Ah, okay...that makes more sense! Are they still (were they ever) affiliated in any way?

Randolph-Macon Women's College was founded by the same man who founded the Men's school after he failed to convince the Board to admit women. They were affiliated until the 1950's.

Two chapters will be closing at the College of William and Mary(VA). Delta Phi Omega is closing due to membership numbers. Phi Kappa Tau is closing due to membership numbers and financial issues.

Phi Delta Theta has begun recolonization activities at Miami University(OH). This is the Alpha Chapter of the fraternity.

The Sigma Chi chapter at Brown University(RI) has been closed due to RMF. The chapter had been in existence from 1914-1965 and was recharted in 1973.
