I think I'll just have a Pilsner Urquell for Jan Hus since he didn't have good castles to hide in and needs his props for the movement.
Oh and I always sin boldly!

My boyfriend's church has one of these and I am dying for next year when I can go in an "everyone loves a Catholic girl" shirt.

that's no pirate hooker-that's just a lusty wench!!
which reminds me: "know why pirates are better than ninjas? when's the last time you saw a ninja with a wench?"
okay, back to our regularly scheduled program:
the post it note gal had made a sandwich board with 2 pieces of poster board. she took post-it notes and stuck them, one by one on the poster board, so that the entire board was covered, row after row after row. if it had been fabric, you would have called them ruffles. she said something about tying a pen or pencil to herself so that people could write notes on the post its, if they wanted to. not sure what she called herself-maybe a memo board?

I'm being a pin up girl, circa 1940's.
Navy blue sailor suit, pin up girl curls, white heels, and a sailor hat!

My husband doesn't like to dress up. We're having a costume party for the kids' birthdays (Halloween falls just about right in between), and so I wanted to do SOMETHING - so I came up with the perfect idea: I Love Lucy. As long as I can get him in a sport jacket (maybe a tie - that might be pushing it), the Hispanic thing kinda takes care of the rest.
