If you consider that LGG Chapter is a DMV chapter, even though it's in the 2nd District, the DMV area has some very strong, active chapters. Plus, the International Scholar of the Year Award went to Bro. Wayne Pollard III, a member of Alpha Chapter (the Mother Pearl) of Howard University.
