I'm actually watching the segment now...it's a 2x year PUBLIC waterslide in Vail. The Fire Department provides the water.

Wow. No liability for the City of Vail there...

Ha! That's funny...

One of my friends was standing in the hall the first time these guys made the slide. He said that the poor, long-suffering RA yelled, "WTH are you guys doing NOW?" and stepped into the hall. He was down before he took another breath.

Sorry to beat the dead horse, but I'm still just stunned by this as I wake up this morning. They also pour bottles and bottles of dish soap AND baby oil on it...and then the pumper truck arrives to pump gallons of water onto it.

Guess they don't have water restrictions there like we do in TX!

Moon bounces, Bouncey Castles, and Bounce Obstacle Courses are also bad ideas.

Moon bounces are the big thing now at spring parties. Saw lots of them on social media during Little 500 time.

Risk Management Manuals often say no to these, but I'm sure that may differ by insurance group. If they are managing risk properly they are getting clearances or something.
