How fun! Just out of curiousity, are you from the KSU chapter or did you go somewhere else for undergrad?

At convention I had the pleasure of meeting the outgoing First Lady of Delta Chi, who happens to be a Kent State Delta Gamma - such a nice woman!

Thank you!!!

The guy on the left made them and he and I put them up.

We'll be getting some new ones within the next year, hopefully. These are just temporary but we are very proud of them.

I saw this the other day when I was crusing around OU's campus after my interview. There's a huge greek presence there...so very different from my undergraduate experience! I can't wait to see my first round of recruitment after I get moved in.

As of this weekend, there is now siding!

Homecoming is in about 2 weeks-ish, which will be the Dedication event as well! I'm really excited to finally see the inside. I haven't had a chance to tour the inside as it was being constructed, so this will all be new to me!

William Woods U Building New Sorority Circle Housing

The article (link below) includes an artist's rendering of what the Circle will look like:

http://www.fultonsun.com/articles/20.../171news03.txt

excerpt:

" A 71.5 percent increase in on-campus enrollment during the last decade has prompted William Woods University to build a new residential complex to help alleviate a housing shortage at its Fulton campus.

New details have been announced for the three-building complex announced last month. The complex, known as Sorority Circle, will house the four existing campus sororities. They are Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Phi, Chi Omega and Delta Gamma. . . .

The sorority complex will be located just east of the McNutt Campus Center, which is built in the shape of a geodesic dome.

. . . Barnett said the four sororities are now housed in university-owned buildings and the university’s Greek community includes from 35 to 45 percent of the students.

Barnett said the individuality of each sorority will be preserved through separate entries and individual common areas for studying, socializing and conducting meetings. . . . "
