Hors d'oeuvre of shrimp remoulade bruschetta.
Tre-colore salad with balsamic vinegarette.
Boneless rib eye roast studded with garlic and seasoned with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning; oven roast potatoes in pan drippings; whole vidalia onions briefly poached in stock then roasted in pan with the roast; asparagus grilled with olive oil and sea salt.
Argentine Malbec, Pelegrino fizz water to wash down the roast.
Apple sorbet with pear aquavit. Pro Secco
Cheese board with grapes, fresh pears, and apples. Fonseca vintage 1995 Port.
Hine XO Cognac or Drambuie
Espresso with Bolivar Maduro cigars. Cigs for the ladies if they smoke.
Dinner for 10 to celebrate nothing in particular on an odd night to celebrate it. Gf just felt like it. Slow week at office so I am coming in late tomorrow. All but one couple live in walking distance and that couple will take the guest room tonight as I expect none of us should be driving after all that.

Ah dekeguy as usual your menu is mouth watering!
Have not posted for a while so lately,
been having Bacon, tomato sandwichs as got good deal on bacon!!! Sunday for KC Chiefs loss, boiled shrimp, lobster tail and taters!
Today beef and been burrito with refried beans and hot salsa sauce.
Season for tomatos is winding down ( ) so got to use up and don't want to spoiled by over doing bacon, but a good cheese burger with pepper jack cheese is sounding pretty good too!
A as the saying goes, just food for thought, LOL!
BTW, don't forget to raise a covey of Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky toast for my up coming surgeries! Appreciate My Friend and Brother!
