Didn't get a bid
So I rushed two fraternities this past week, and I am a pretty outgoing guy. By the end of the week, I had gotten to know just about every single brother, literally, and I did very well at every single rush event. The fraternities at my school are not that competitive. However, I did not get a bid to either one. Meanwhile some guys I know went to like one of the rush events and are pretty shy, and they got bids. How? But anyway my current GPA is 2.5 and the minimum GPA to participate in recruitment is a 2.3.

We don't know why you didn't get a bid.

So sorry it did not work out, but nobody can say why. It really comes down to whether or not the fraternity feels like you and they are a good fit. They may think you're a great guy but more suited for a different house. I don't know if GPA played a part or not. Just because IFC has a minimum to participate in recruitment, some individual organizations have higher GPA minimums before a bid is extended.
Just because it didn't pan out with the two fraternities you visited, it may go much differently at another GLO. Check out the other fraternities on your campus and best wishes to you.

You also sound a bit arrogant. It's possible that came across in person as well.

If you don't fit in with the guys, you won't get a bid. We have no idea why you didn't get a bid, but I'll take a guess and say the 2.5 also probably played a role. Just because a 2.3 is a minimum doesn't mean groups will want people with lower GPAs. I know my chapter would have a major problem accepting a junior with a 2.5 GPA, no point in taking someone who would already be on our own academic probation/watch.
Best of luck in the rest of your college career.

Could you have possibly been a little forward? I know that any chapter hates it when a rushee acts as if hes already got a bid locked down. The 2.5 might have played a role also.

Check out this blog post http://GLNe.ws/1l it makes some good points. Also try working on your GPA and then trying again, I know my chapter would have had a problem with the 2.5 GPA
