Any word on where SDT will go when AGD reclaims its house? Are there empty facilities on the Row right now?

That's our old house (currently for sale for about $8 million). We own the other house I posted on my blog. It's currently being rented by AKPsi.

Our Alpha Phi colony at the University of Utah will reinstall on March 22-23, 2012! This is the recolonization of our Beta Sigma chapter present from 1946-1965.

Recolonization won't take place until Fall 2013 so there's enough time to clean up after the boys.

We (USC Panhellenic) just voted last night, hence the delay in verdict.
Like I've said earlier, the house that AKPsi is currently using (that AGD will take over) is in ok condition, but not great shape, and definitely pales in comparison to the other sororities on the Row. However, with some TLC, it should be good to go.

Article about Zeta Tau Alpha's Alpha chapter returning to Longwood University(VA) next year. The article also mentions that Zeta's colonizations at California-Berkeley and Tulane will also occur in the '12-'13 school year.

Just for an update if anyone sees this: I'm from the Longwood University Chapter of Phi Mu Delta, and last semester we colonized with 21 Founding Fathers if someone wants to add that.

In addition, our Lindenwood colony will be installed next weekend as Theta Delta chapter!

Tri Sigma had a chapter there once according to Irishpipes thread. Potential recolonizations are always exciting to hear about

KSU's Greek life is thriving really well! I think they have had the most expansions of any school in GA withing the past 5 years.
