Gotta love those DELTA GAMMA cream-colored roses. We're actually listed in the national rose registry.
Can't wait until she reveals...about time we got another AI

Final clue-
Splish, SPLASH I was taking a bath.....
I can't stand it anymore!! Yes, to those of you who guessed DELTA GAMMA, you are correct!!! On November 17th, I will be a proud new alumnae member of the Eta Kappa chapter of Delta Gamma!!! That's in 15 days!!! Yay!! This means that I will be a chapter sister of Whitedaisy128-who has known the secret for almost 2 years now!!
You guys, I am so excited-the past few days I have been on cloud 9, and I don't think it's really sunk in yet. I just can't believe that I will actually be able to call the girls in my alum group my sisters-it's so amazing.
Happy Happy!!

It's been sooooooo hard to keep this all a secret!! I am so happy for you Jenn! I can't WAIT for your initiation!! I figured out where Jenn was hoping for waaaay back when she said that the local alumnae group had recently split into two other groups - that split happened when my Chapter was established at NCSU!! :-)
I have met Jenn and she is going to make such a great sister!! I'm super excited!! Jenn will be initiated EXACTLY 3 years after me (to the day!!). She'll also be initiated on Eta Kappa's (my chapter's - soon to be OUR chapters) 3rd birthday!! :-) YAY!! Exciting times!!

LOL...WhiteDaisy, I was reading the thread the other day and I saw your signature line:
---------------
DeeGee
Raleigh/Cary DG Alumnae Association
Eta Kappa Chapter - North Carolina State University
---------------
Now, because Jenn and I had been PM buddies back in the day (wooooo I am so happy for you Jenn!), I already knew which group she was pursuing. However, when I saw your signature line, I thought "DUH! It's right there!" I had *no* idea you were involved. So, I clicked on the link and was like right, North Carolina okkkk....yeah there are the two alum chapters, yeah there's the happy hour event, yep pottery painting...... duhhhhhh and you've been posting in her thread for some two years! LOL It's kind like of how GPhiBLtColonel was posting in my threads as if she had no idea what was going on when, in fact, she was my sponsor!
Congrats again to the both of you!
.....Kelly

And her original thread used to say that the collegiate chapter was at NCSU..........
That and her comment about the AC being fairly new made it easy after just a little sleuthing (i.e, checking out DG Alumnae Groups).
Yes, boredom overtook me when I was unemployed.
Congrats!

Hahaha, this is too funny!! I was wondering if anyone would catch on that she'd been posting in my thread pretty consistently for the past couple of years.
I met CJ, I guess it was a year ago-during the summer when I went over to the State chapter house to help plant flowers, and such-I swear, from GC, it felt like I'd known her forever!! She's been so supportive and wonderful during this process-she always had kind words for me, and made me feel better when sometimes I'd get discouraged. She is truly a great example of DG!!
Ok so now I can explain stuff from my original thread. Remember when I talked about the cake pulls? I was in the wedding of a girl who was a DG at TCU-and she did a cake pull, and I pulled out an anchor.
And when I went over to the State chapter house? We helped cement an anchor in front of their house.
And the volunteer stuff I'm trying to coordinate for the alum group? It's with Triangle Radio Reading Service-they gives radios to the blind, and have volunteers come and read programs ( news, entertainment, whatever) on the air-and DG does Service for Sight, and had I said anything it would have given it away.
It's funny because, in my original thread, I would post about the events, and think I was being all stealthy not naming names, and now I go back and read them, and I'm like-geez! Could I have made it anymore obvious??
