Question Big Choice

Soon, I have 3 options with one big choice.... Now this is a really difficult decision to make so don't make any hasty decisions now...

Should I go to a. Dixie Chicks
b. James Taylor
c. Jimmy Buffett

All are coming to my area but because I can only afford one concert, I just can't decised.

Dixie Chicks would be cool, but I could see them next year. James Taylor would be cool also, along with Jimmy Buffett and both of these are getting older so they could retire and then
I would never see either of them. But I can only afford one! HELP... which of the three would you recommend?

I agree about the Dixie Chicks. They'll be around for a while, so you'll see them eventually.

As far as Jimmy and James go, I've seen both [James most recently last year], and I can see how you're having a hard time to decide. Instead of getting all technical and weighing the pros and cons...it's simple--

Flip a coin.

Sorry if I haven't been of any help, but Jimmy and James are both fabulous performers. Good luck with whoever you choose!

If it were me, I'd probably go see James Taylor. He's classic.

Go see JT. He doesn't tour very often and the show is great.

I went to see Buffett too, but I actually remember very little about the show due to the volume of adult bevvies I consumed in the parking lot.

Sorry for crashing your board but...

I have to comment on this one!!

I HIGHLY recommend James Taylor. He is an amazing performer. The best show I have EVER seen!

Dixie Chicks are definitely on my to-do list, but they are so hot right now that you won't have any trouble seeing them in the future. (I certainly hope that is the case with JT, but 33girl is right...his concerts are fewer and farther between.)

Whatever you choose, you'll have an awesome time (hey! this sounds like a Rush thread!)

I'd either go to James Taylor or Jimmy Buffet. If push came to shove though I'd probably go to Jimmy Buffet. I've wanted to see him for quite a while. However, JT is always a classic. I'd like to see him when he comes here this spring.
In reality, I probably won't see any of them because I just went to see Elton John/ Billy Joel. Too much $$$$$$. Can't afford anyone else after that concert!

Arin....what is going on? I haven't talked to you in a while. Here is what I would do. If you are going to be seeing Buffett up here in Cincy then that is the concert to see. If you haven't been it get super crazy . He LOVES Cincy. But if you are seeing him somewhere else then James Taylor. Buffett is slowly ceasing to perform. The other question is how much do you want to party while you are enjoying the music!!!??? HAHAHA...email me..I haven't seen you on AIM much.

One last thing...how is the chapter and Mer doing???
