What halloween costume are your KIDS going as
Ok i am at that time of yr when i have to battle wits with a 4 yr old child over what he is going as for halloween
So we compromised
to go to parties ....he is spider man ( cutest costume with the suit with built- in chest muscles and a full cover mask)
to go trick or treating: i made his costume this year. i made him the human size yellow lego
took yellow solo cups and glued them on two sides of a card board box and glued a cup to a ski cap it was sooooo cute and very functionable

anytime I have something important outside, it rains. Every regatta I've ever competed in was during rain and high winds. Today is homecoming, and it's effing HAILING!

Halloween costumes
The 4 y/o definitely wants to be a princess this year...she just can't decide if she wants to be Jasmine, Snow White, Cinderella, or Sleeping Beauty. She seems to be leaning towards Cinderella right now.

We just returned from purchasing the costumes....
my 3 year old is going to be a Red Power Ranger-- we got the costume at the Disney store-- it is a cute costume but pricey.
my 6yr old is going as a Zombie.

Yup I paid $40 for the Power Ranger suit... he was right at an XS---it would have been form fitting like a Power Ranger outfit is on TV-- we went for the S so he can maybe wear it next year too

Disney here too--this year, we'll have Peter Pan, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, a dalmatian, and a-yet-unchosen-princess, probably Tinkerbell. Although how Disney has decided that Tinkerbell is a princess in beyond me.

We should only have one in costume this year (crossing fingers) and he's wearing his best friend's ninja costume from last year
Love, love, LOVE the Lego costume idea!

I've got a devil (9yoa), a rock star (7 yoa) and Cinderella (4 yoa). They went to a party last night and were absolutely adorable, especially the little princess!
