Moe's fundraising

I saw in one of the threads that someone uses Moe's southwest grill for fundraising. What kinds of things are they willing to do? Will it cost us alot upfront to do it?

The Moe's by me allows you to pick a night and pass out flyers. Then when people come in with your flyer and buy food, you get a percentage of their total bill [before tax]. It's pretty fun and hassle-free.
