Thank you all! I have some good ideas. The heel height restriction is due to the fact that the Conservinator and I are close in height and I don't want to dominate over him in all our pictures.

Another thing we have in common! I am wearing the smallest possible heel so I can maintain our 0.25 inch difference in height.

I think I found my shoes - for the ceremony. Think slippers for the reception!
They have about a 2" heel, and are whiter than they look here.
