Two fingers off the wheel from me, but the majority of the board loves the idea of the balanced man.

A while back there was a great story on NBC's Today show about how the Balanced Man program had basically saved the chapter at University of Washington. Not only did the guys in the chapter learn to love it, but the men rushing and sororities wanted to engage them because of it.

I don't think that's true at all. If you go to the Sig Ep forum, I think it's pretty much 50/50. As for other posters on GC, just because people aren't into your idea of "fratty" most assuredly DOES NOT mean they approve of BMP or other similar programs.

At the Sig Ep chapter at my school the balenced man program actually helped Sig Ep recruit more men because the chapter at my school is really suffering. I don't know if the program is effective or not but other frats have copied like Sigma Nu and there LEAD program

Hun, I go to our school....

It may have helped the charter in that it still lives on for another day, but that chapter needs to be shutdown for godsakes. It's an embarrassment to other Sig Ep chapters and that's saying alot.
