Where at UGA is this?? I was just in Athens and didn't remember seeing this much construction around campus. Are those all Greek houses? If so, who are the others ones??

They are on River Road, just South of the Football Stadium.
I'm pretty sure the houses are from the left (in the picture above): Sigma Nu, Tau Epsilon Phi, PIKE, and I don't know who that one far right is (but I think it is Phi Delt).
Also, over there on the other side of PIKE (opposite of TEP) is the old Kappa Sigma house, but you can't see it in this picture.

I don't think this has been mentioned here, but the Kappas at Santa Clara have a house now! I'm going there on Saturday, so I'll try to remember to take a picture (if it's not awkward.)

Update: I went to the new Kappa Santa Clara house! It's being totally remodeled and coming along great. My dad is going to divide some irises for me to plant in their front yard this weekend. I'll take some pics when it's closer to being done.

I'm not a big fan of the decor inside. It is very nice looking, but looks much more like a show house then a fraternity house. Needs more composites, trophy racks, EN paintings, etc. Less bowls, random paintings, vase's, etc.

it'll take time to accrue homey items. I told the beau that he HAS to take me there if we trek up to the Missouri/Arkansas area (he is jealous ).

Wow, that Sigma Nu house is awe inspiring - especially for those of us in unhoused chapters! I do agree that they should nix the random abstract paintings in favor of more chapter/university/Sigma Nu paraphernalia.
Is there any plan to put up some more visible signage?

They put better/easier to see letters on the wall facing the street.
I don't mind the letters they put in the concrete (over the front and back door), however, I think it is hard to make them out.
Oddly, Elephant Walk was saying that some are saying the house foundation is already messed up and the house is "sliding". Damn that Arkansas hill-country.
