Please remember in your prayers the family and friends of 20-year-old Sean Casey and the Rho Sigma Chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. Sean, an honors student at West Chester University, died last week after contracting bacterial meningitis.

My prayers for Sean and his family (fraternal and biological).
Update on my mother - she is due to be discharged this weekend, to a rehab facility yet to be determined. My husband and I had already made plans to visit for the weekend, so we'll be there to help with the transfer. Esophageal cancer is a bitch, but it looks like Mum is rallying. Prayer works!

I received word this evening that my mother was actually transferred today. My husband and I are driving down tomorrow for a visit.
I'm not sure if I mentioned this upthread, but my father has arranged for a Mass this Sunday to be said for her. She won't be able to attend the Mass, of course, but he, my husband, and I will be there.
Once again I will say it ... prayer works!

I'm asking for prayers for my parents neighbor who is in his very early 20's, still an undergrad at my alma mater, and is going through Leukemia. It wasn't too long ago that he posted on facebook that he was done 6 of 8 chemo treatments, and my mom was outside talking to him exchanging chemo stories. Right now, he is in the ICU and although had been making baby steps in progress, it's really been back and forth. He's such an good, caring, nice guy!
His family has set up a facebook page putting updates on him if anyone is interested in reading the page (PM me and I'll send you the link). Him and his family really could use all the support, positive thoughts, and prayers at this time.

A few requests...
A friend of mine just had her first baby, 12 weeks early. She could use some strength and courage!
My Big Sis just told me she has Breast Cancer. Please pray for her strength and recovery. Her doctors are being very aggressive in treatment. It's a lot so suddenly.
My current respiratory infection is progressing. Asking for prayers that I can stay out of the hospital so I can make it 6 months. Spent 3 weeks inpatient in Oct/Nov and have no desire to go back so soon.
Thank you in advance!!

Thank you!! I come to this list to find people to pray for and I know that prayer works, even if it doesn't always give us the answers we sick.
Hugs to all.

Bar Exam on Tuesday! I feel prepared, but I'm so anxious. Already did this in one state; so nervous for this next state! Appreciate your prayers for calmness and clarity!
