Smoker Ideas

Guys,

Our rush is about to end and we are making plans for our Smoker. It's the last and most serious event before Bid Night (at some schools fraternities call it preference night). As rush chair, i'm in charge of planning this event. We have alot of alumni coming this year (because its so close to our Chapter Founder's Day), a great group of rushees, lots of women attending, and a speaker from our national council. I need ideas to make our smoker memorable (not girly), and a great way to end an exceptional rush.

any comments?

Is this for people you are giving bids to unless they act like total tools at this thing? If so, and they are serious about you as you are about them, then I wouldn't sweat it too much. You have some one from nationals coming down. Just have one of the brothers who is about to graduate give a speech about how much everything has meant to him. Have an alumnus talk about the reason he's coming back is because he wants to make sure people after him had the same greatness he did.
