Both station KATC and the Times-Picayune report that there've been two serious fires at Tulane fraternities within one week. The Kappa Alpha Order and Zeta Beta Tau houses were affected. No one was injured and no deaths, thank heaven -- it was during break. Local and federal officials are investigating.
Looks like there may be a need for support from alumni, the Tulane community, and probably parents and friends of the men in the two chapters.
Sympathy and good wishes to the chapters and their friends.
If either fire (or both) was arson, I hope the investigators can find out who did it.

(Article in Jan. 7, 2007 issue has headline "Second fraternity house burns")
(A Google News search will probably produce aome reports, too. For instance, type in the words:
tulane fire fraternity
and it's likely something will show up.)
