Tandoori chicken, okra, and rice. And chocolate cherry cake for dessert.

This is the first time I have cooked in nearly 2 weeks.

I ordered in a taco, Tex Mex chili, and nachos. I had Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia low fat frozen yogurt for dessert.

I've been nesting all day, so I am fixing a big supper...

(Yes, this is all homemade...)

Barbeque chicken
Macaroni and cheese
Fried potatoes
Creamed Corn
Peach Cobbler
and some Blackberry Rum muffins for me to snack on tomorrow...

I am going to fix up some dinners and freeze them just in case I don't feel like cooking soon:
Homemade spaghetti sauce,
Creamy Chicken Casserole topped with Ritz crackers and butter, Cowboy Beans (ground beef with spiced-up barbeque baked beans and honey), and maybe some chicken and dumplings.

I didn't eat dinner last night.
Well except for a 2-point bar from Weight Watchers.
