ForeverRoses, do we know roughly what quota wound up being this year? I know the numbers will all be different, just curious.

Thanks, ForeverRoses!

I'm still going with my mantra for the day, "every moment that ticks by that I DON'T hear from my daughter is good news." I don't want a text from her until after 7:30. LOL

A mom doesn't say THAT very often!

Per another source (perhaps unreliable), someone posted it was 55. Again, this is not verified by anyone that I consider trustworthy at this point. But, an initial report.

My D texted her mom, she knows she has a bid just doesn't no where yet. We didn't tell her about the legacy policy so we have a good idea of where.

My goddaughter just texted that she found out she will receive a bid but of course doesn't know which house until tonight. She will be happy either way. One has been her favorite from the start and the other is her legacy house.

Longest day EVER! 😫 just heard from my D, and she also got good news! She was literally torn between the two she had after preference, so I know she will be happy either way! Phew! Definitely having a glass of wine this evening!

Congrats to all the girls, and proud moms and dads out there!

I poured myself a glass a half hour ago! My D has class until late afternoon and I need to stay calm. LOL

Funny, i originally did not want either of my children to go Greek, but i think I'm just as excited as D is.

Still waiting here and going with the "no news is good news" philosophy. Although D claims no one in her group has heard anything yet.

Open bottle, pour wine.

There were 5 girls on my daughters floor who made it all to pref and all 5 have been told they have bids. We know that three of them had the same house as their top choice but none of them talked until after they turned in their forms so they didn't know it before hand so anxiously awaiting to see where they all go.

Same boat here. I wonder if your Ds Rho Gam is named Annie. I know that is my Ds. She said her group hasn't heard anything. No news is good news in my book. It's almost 5:00 here!

ooh, I don't know her name. That would be wonderful if the whole group had bids!

Cheers! I have one last meeting to attend in 15 minutes, but my wine is chilling!

Hoping for good news for you and the others that are still waiting! And I also had reservations about my daughter’s wish to join a sorority - my research told me that the process was extremely competitive at IU, and I had myself convinced that this would end badly—— breathing a HUGE SIGH of relief right now....
