Social resume advice

DD will go through recruitment this August as an OOS student at Texas A&M, and our local panhellenic group recommends a very concise, one-page social resume. Not many girls from our area go to Texas schools, so I looked at the websites of some panhellenic chapters in Texas for comparison, and some of their sample social resumes were much more detailed and could easily be almost two pages long. In the recs that y'all write, what type of resumes do you see more of - short and sweet or more detailed?

The Houston Alumnae Panhellenic has a good 1-page example (if you want to google it).
I prefer one-page resume when writing recs, but I've sent resumes back to the student if they were too short!
Be sure to list five important topics: academics, awards, activities, community service, leadership. Plus a photo & contact info. Greek relatives are good to include also.
I also saw a great resume, and at the bottom, were three fun facts about the young woman. (Example -- 1 of mine could've been: Distantly related to Elvis.). They were total conversation starters.

Two pages is OK if it's not fluff.....it has to be honest-to-goodness honors and activities and leadership. Chair of the crepe paper committee doesn't count.

High school (and college, if applicable) items only.
Not that you sold the most Girl Scout cookies in your city in the six grade.

I'm most familiar with two pages. Please don't include babysitting jobs.

Love the idea of conversation starters! I usually include one or two in the letter with the rec.
