According to sorority extension twitter:
Alpha Phi and Phi Mu presented at Colorado State and per Phi Mu's twitter, they were chosen to colonize for Fall 2018
It appears this will be Phi Mu's first chapter ever in the state of Colorado

UIS does have chapters of 5 NPHC organizations, two Latino GLOs, and Phi Kappa Tau. But you're right, there are no NPC groups yet. : )

Delta Tau Delta has closed their chapter at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington. The chapter had been placed on suspension by the university in the fall. Closure by their national organization is due to findings of continued violations of policies.

For clarification on earlier statements:
Benedictine University(IL) currently has no NPC, NPHC, MCGLO, or NIC organizations. The campus is trying to build Greek Life for all groups.
Lindewood University-Belleville(IL) campus currently has 1 NPHC fraternity and 1 NIC organization each. There are members of a St. Louis-area wide NPHC fraternity on campus. There are no NPHC or NPC sororities.
Ottawa University(KS) has 1 NIC organization. There are no NPHC organizations or NPC organizations.

Also this past weekend, Kappa Sigma installed its Upsilon-Kappa chapter at Monmouth University.
Kappa Sigma has also just recolonized its presently dormant Kappa-Gamma chapter at Northern Arizona University.
