"About 320" women have accepted bids from Penn sororities. So far, about 400 men have accepted bids to fraternities, and it's expected that about 50 more men will accept bids. The fraternity numbers are expected to be up from last year; the sorority numbers are essentially flat.
The student paper's article doesn't give figures for individual chapters. It does mention that about 93% of the women who stayed in through the final round received bids. The article is at:

The usual reminder: "Penn" - the University of Pennsylvania -- is a private Ivy League school. It's not the same as "Penn State" - Pennsylvania State University -- which is the flagship public university in the state.
