i've officially gone crazy...

so i just got out of the shower and went to move my turtle's cage because i wanted to get something behind the table, and i saw she wasn't moving.. i got all upset and tried desperately to make her move, but she didn't... so i flip out and check on the hamster, and she's not moving either. both are dead ...
so i run upstairs and get my guy friend, and after the whole 2nd floor (all guys) come out to talk to me about the recent deaths, we go downstairs to get rid of the dead bodies. as soon as craig touches the cage they start moving around.. when he leaves they play dead again.. what the hell!! lol
i've officially gone crazy. lets call it stress from school

Oh how sad! Maybe it's the full moon making them play dead! I know I certainly would have gone crazy had I seen my two precious pets dead!

I think they talked to each other and planned to scare you!

Saturday night my puppy was very sad and depressed. If you know my dog, you know that she is super hyper and jumps all around. Saturday night she wouldn't even jump onto the sofa; I had to lift her up. I thought she was sick or something, but on Sunday she was back to her hyper self. My parents went out of town Friday - Sunday and my mom says that my pup was in a state of depression because she missed my mom. Whatever! My pup loves me the most and I was here!

KappaTarzan,
I know that hamsters go into a state of hibernation when the temperature drops. Maybe that goes for turtles too? Is your apartment very cold?

AggieAXO, where are you? We need our resident GC vet!!!

Well I have a Yorkshire Terrier and everytime she poops outside she comes up the mat at the door and wipes her feet (she looks hilarious because she is jumping all around on the mat trying to scrape the bottoms of her feet). I dunno man.

I have a box turtle, and it hibernates from about October until about April. So, it's very possible that it is hibernating.

Talking

My two parakeets are crackheads, they like to hang upside in the cage like they're bats or something.

They're too lazy to dig their little beaks more than a cm down into the food pan, making me have to shake food from the bottom to the top.

My cat does that too. She also likes to lick water out of our bathtub after someone takes a shower. I literally can't go into the bathroom without seeing little gray arms reaching under the door trying to claw her way in. I think cats are just crazy in general.

My cat does all of the above as well... wow, and I thought he was crazy, maybe he's "normal" i walked into my room to find him sleeping on the top shelf of my closet on all of my sweaters... i don't blame him, theyre nice and warm and fuzzy
