Okay, rush chairs and or rush helper(s). How do you or your chapter decide wether the person is really the type of person you'd want to represent your org. For my org. it is a chapter who gives the yes or no; but to actually give or deny a person a bid it is the rush chairs decision. Our rush chair, me
, meets with all the guys who show up to the events. I get to know the guys and become aware of their intensions. Some guys join a frat for the girls, the brotherhood, the conections, and etc. I am given the responsibilty of getting the top notch pledges. As far as I am concern I want to see each person recieve a fair chance, no matter their intension. If he is rude, loud, and etc. I do not give the guy a bid;but give the guy the royal, "LAtez!" I hate rude people
! As long as the guy is true to himself and us, he is cool with the fraternity. Our biding process is not to difficult. Like I said, if he is true to himself and us, he is cool with the fraternity, but act a fool and give a lie, you get the royal, "LAtez" and don't come back!
