hard choice: should I order Oregano's killer meal deal (two entrees, huge salad AND one of those sinful cookie things, like a pazookie, plus bread, and for Italian it's not bad, truthfully, although I'd much rather cook my own Italian the way my nonna taught me, but then I'd have food for the entire week and I don't like leftovers)...

OR should I order from Chipotle w/ their free delivery and huge points boost? Too hot to cook anything, the desert is heating up. We're in the 90s now and the 100s are just around the corner. Let the heat cook that frickin' virus right outta here, please. Bring on the high temps. I'm so ready. I need a pool fix too. Friends are posting photos of themselves in their pools. Sigh. If I go use their pool they have to get out, which isn't right or fair. Is it?

So which restaurant did I pull the trigger on? OR did I order both? Stay tuned. Or not. That's enough out of me.

Another night of cottage cheese and peaches. At least they're yummy!

I love cottage cheese and pineapple.

A re-run of Saturday night for me.

I thawed a couple of chicken breasts, and am thinking either baked chicken with rice or rice-a-roni with chicken.

Well, it turned into chicken with rice on the side, with fresh green beans. Simple, but tasty.

Yum Tom!!! When we lived in Tulsa that was my favorite for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Taco Cabana.

Tonight GF pasta with homemade pesto sauce.
