Nothing! I enjoyed a truly ginormous brunch buffet this afternoon, and I am still stuffed! Raw bar, shrimp and grits, dim sum, carving stations, bacon and sausage (I'm such a good Jew LOL), and that's just a partial list. I forgot to leave room for dessert - next time I start with the chocolate! Oh, and bottomless mimosas - and my husband was driving

It's from Ree Drummond...my daughter requested it, as it's one of her favorites (I guess Pi Phis stick together )

I've made it a few times, and this time I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and we all preferred that. I would also cut down on the BBQ sauce, and a few other people who've responded to the recipe have said the same thing. One 18 oz+ bottle is plenty. I would also suggest keeping the skins on the smashed potatoes...this makes a lot of sauce and a "bulkier" mashed potato base works better.
Also, the Jack Daniels caught on fire in the pan, so when Ree says to be careful if you're cooking with open flame, she means it...after using the broiler pan to snuff out the fire, all was well and no harm done.

A greek crepe from my favorite neighborhood restaurant, made with olives--eggs--spinach--tomato--and a slice of orange to the side. Soooo filling!

Which brings the quote, "Dinner is ready when the smoke alarm goes off!" to mind! Thanks for the recipe AND the personal touch!

Having dinner now, since I have class tonight.
Meatballs and salad. Sounds nasty, but is really good from this place.
