This was the information that I was given. I will edit it out until we get official word.
BTW- I get most of my information from other posters and pms sent to me. I also check fraternity and sorority websites for information. If I make an error, please know that it is an honest mistake. I will correct them when notified.
I tend to post the sorority colonies as they occur or are announced. Since fraternity colonies often last 2-3 years, I list current colonies and expansions.

Can anyone provide more information about Mizzou? What housing is available? I understood that 908 Curtis--built for Alpha Gamma Delta in 1964 and sold to Sigma Kappa in the 1990's--has been sold to Pi Kappa Phi (who occupied it in between AGD and SK).

Farmhouse, Delta Upsilon, and Delta Sigma Phi have made presentations to the Texas State University (San Marcos) IFC body.
My money is on DU.

I really hope that DPhiE recolonizes at Missou. My mom was a DPhiE there and she hates that they closed. It would make her really happy if they went back there.

Using the same logic, I did not add Alpha Xi Delta's Fall 2008colonization at Illinois. In May, 2008, I (or someone else) will start a colonization/expansion thread for 2008/2009. It will be added at that time.

Reason: Correction on colonization timelines for Alpha Gam and Alpha Xi.

I hear that ZBT has been to a few IFC meetings this last school year in an attempt to colonize on campus (Cal State Fullerton) sometime in the near future, I don't know too many details, but I hear that IFC wants to be back up to 12 houses on campus in the next couple of years (we're at 6 now).

I believe DU was at Texas State in the 80s.
eta - yes, DU had a chapter at Texas State University-San Marcos (aka Southwest Texas State University)

I serve on the Northeast Region Expansion committee for ZBT and at our National Assembly meeting last month, the West Coast Expansion Committee sited a few CSU campuses as possible expansion sites. CSU- Long Beach will begin colonization in Fall 2007, CSU- San Marcos is currently a new colony that started this Spring. CSU- Fullerton, Los Angeles and Santa Cruz have been mentioned as possible sites as well. I also know that colonization will begin at Univ. of Cincinnati in Fall 2007 and Univ. of Missouri (re-colonization of Omega Chpt.) in Spring 2008.

SAE came back to Drexel this spring, and Pi Kappa Phi is to come back in the Fall.

I was told Pi Kappa Phi (PiKapps) are renting from Sigma Kappa. I will double check source on Monday. ---Confirmed information---PiKapps renting for 2 years from Sigma Kappa. PiKapps also rented this same house in the 70's and 80's (not sure how long) from Alpha Gamma Delta.
LaneSig---Thank you for this thread!
