My guess is that AXO is going first, and they're finalizing timing or their announcement.
I am curious about the housing situation, because I know we'd want to have that arranged before recolonization occurs. I seem to remember there was some discussion of housing at Kentucky upthread, but I'm too lazy to go back and look! Does anyone else know or remember?
I do know of another situation where we swapped first and second places with another group before the announcement, due to the severe difficulty of securing housing in a situation where housing was a necessity, and the first group asked for an additional year, again before the announcement was finalized. I think things like that happen behind the scenes with stacks.

UK’s enrollment continues to increase, and as a result, so does the number of women rushing. According to a friend who works with her chapter at UK, the UK CPC wants a Fall 2015 colonization and she said her chapter was told Alpha Chi Omega is recolonizing Fall 2015 and Gamma Phi Beta, Fall of 2017. She did add that she could have mixed up which sorority would be recolonizing which year, but it stands to reason that if Gamma Phi Beta is recolonizing Fall of 2017, then Alpha Chi Omega should be recolonizing Fall of 2015 – as originally intended by the UK CPC. Of course any or all of this may have changed since she heard about the selection.
As for lots, there are (more than) two lots available for GLOs. As I understand it, UK has lots specifically designated and zoned for new houses. Some of the current IFC chapters plan to build in these new designated lots as well. UK owns a lot of land around the edge of campus, so all told, it might be eight to ten lots - if not more.

There is land available at UK to build in the Rose Lane/Aylesford area where Phi Mu and Farmhouse have recently built. I know my chapter is looking to move and build in that area in the next several years, too.

Delta Gamma is moving from Pennsylvania Avenue? Y'all have a nice house. I would guess one of the un-housed IFC chapters would love to move in there.
I believe most of the lots on Columbia Avenue - down to Woodland maybe and on the same side as Alpha Phi - were zoned for GLOs when Alpha Phi"s lot was zoned. Some of the houses (non GLO ones) currently on those lots would have to be torn down to do so.

One of the big issues with the current house at Pennsylvania Avenue is the lack of A/C. To do the necessary updates associated with that is in the ballpark of several hundred thousand dollars alone, from what I understand.

Well that makes sense. I guess whoever moves in will have to keep the window units.

UPDATE April 28, 2015: ZBT at the University of Florida is now closed (not just "suspended").

Below is Zeta Beta Tau’s statement and apology regarding the incidents concerning wounded veterans at Panama City Beach. According to the statement, if I’m reading it correctly, three individual members of the U of Florida chapter have been expelled from ZBT, and the U of Florida and Emory chapters have been suspended. ZBT also says it’ll hire an independent investigator . . . . See

a quote from ZBT’s atatement:
“We are honored that hundreds of our ZBT brothers have served in the military and are disgusted that certain members of our Fraternity failed to exhibit the behaviors we expect from them towards our nation’s heroes — respect, gratitude and honor.

Alpha Phi's Gamma Tau chapter will recolonize this Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Willamette University in Oregon. This will make 164 active collegiate chapters. From Fall 2015 to Fall 2017, we have 7 upcoming colonies! Congratulations!
