Stanford Recruitment
Today, April 16th, is Bid Day at Stanford. They have a very late spring formal recruitment. Does anyone have numbers from "The Farm"?

A FB photo of the Theta new member class showed 35 (if I counted correctly). There might be more. Don't know anything else.

The Alpha Phi page for them says 45 new members.
EDIT: FB picture for DDD shows 33 girls and Pi Phi says 40.

You are quick, clemsongirl! I was just about to post that. I'll ask to see if I can get a firm # for Theta.

Haha, creeping is a specialty of mine, especially when I'm procrastinating instead of writing a psychology paper. I couldn't find anything for the other groups.

I really have nothing to add here except that I was at Stanford a couple of weeks ago and it is absolutely beautiful. I went to San Jose State (ugliest campus in America?), Cal, Santa Clara, and Stanford during my trip. I love college campuses, and Stanford is the best I have seen.

The photo on Stanford's Chi O FB page shows 32 NMs, but it looks like some may have gotten cut off. So, at least, 32.
Prelim #s: (please update if you have numbers)
AEPhi - couldn't find anything on FB or twitter
Alpha Phi - 45
Chi O - 32
Tri Delta - 33
Theta - 35
Kappa - couldn't find anything on FB or twitter
Pi Phi - 40
Note: Only 3 chapters have houses on campus -- Tri Delta, Theta, Pi Phi. The other GLOs are usually housed together in dorms.

Chi O at Stanford has 40 wonderful new members! Quota was 38. Alpha Phi received quota additions since they are still new on campus and are below total. AEPhi received below quota. I would guess that all the other groups have a new member class around quota, though I don't know the numbers for sure since Stanford ISC doesn't publish bid lists or anything of the sort.

Also to clarify ChioLu's statement, the three housed sororities are the only sororities to have any type of official housing or chapter space of any sort. Lots of girls from the unhoused sororities choose to live together, but they do that the same way that groups of friends that are non-Greek choose to live together.
