Has anyone ever found a job on-line?

Yep, a couple of times. And I've gotten quite a few calls for jobs I'm not interested in because they saw my resume on careerbuilder.

I found a job online once. The job I had at the time had turned into a dead-end job, so I started looking around on hotjobs.com. I found an interesting-looking listing that matched my skills and interests and wasn't far from home, so I sent in my resume. One month later, I had a new job.

But I've found most of my jobs and consulting gigs through networking, not online.

I have gone on several interviews this summer from online postings. The interview that I went on today was on Monster.com. I had a phone interview and went on a face to face/ phone conference with 2 business managers. The key is having a very good resume that gets employers' attention.
