Exactly how competitive is sorority recruitment at The University of Texas???

If you have an open mind, the grades and social skills, you will very likely find a home. Competitive as we generally mean it here means there is stiff competition for a certain few chapters, not that you are likely to get cut completely. It DOES happen, but not nearly as often as you'd think or what you're probably worrying about.

There are also at least a few chapters who COB, so if you fall through the cracks during formal recruitment, that is a possibility as well.
