Sometimes, but sometimes there are locals involved (that I don't list) and there may be an imposed total.

Per my sources 1200 girls participated in recruitment, quota was 46 and Chi Omega took 47. Not sure about the Gamma Phi Beta number they took 57 last year which would make it the same 2 years running.

Anybody see any irony that at a school who accepted less than 12% of their applicants, there is talk that student organizations there need to be more inclusive? The school itself is one of the least inclusive colleges in the country.
