I am no longer in Texas, so have no idea what is being discussed in their Panhellenic, but sounds like they could support several more groups. Does anyone know if there is room to add new chapter room/suites or if the Baylor administration built just enough space for the existing groups?

I'm not a Baylor expert but I think there may have been some chapters that closed in the past 10 to 20 years...maybe they need to come back!

There are at least a couple of empty chapter rooms in the Panhellenic Building so they could add more. And like most schools, they have had record enrollments & increased interest in recruitment. Last year they had 612 register for recruitment with quota at 67 (and all 8 made quota). I've heard varying numbers this year on recruitment registration ranging from 850-1000. I think it's probably closer to 875. And so quota went up to 85-90. Nothing confirmed yet though.

Pi Phi "Suspended at U Nevada - Reno for Three Years

Pi Phi has “suspended” its Nevada – Reno chapter, allegedly for hazing, for at least three years. Current undergrad members will become alumnae. It looks like a return to campus after three years is hoped for, but not guaranteed.
