Selling my laptop

I'm Alumni from Pittsburg State (Zeta Iota Chapter) and am selling my laptop. I'd like to sell it to a Sig, just because it's a good deal and I don't want to waste the money on ebay fees.

It is a 1.1 Ghz PIII, 512MB RAM, 40Gb Hard Drive. It has Windows XP on it now, or I can load another OS (open source only of course) as needed. The screen (which I currently have removed) has some minor wear from friction off the keyboard, but works great and the marks aren't visibile while in use. It has a video out port which can connect to S-Video or RCA Video. It's powered by an Nvidia NForce2Go graphics card with 32MB RAM. It comes with a 3-Com 10/100 PC Card and I will include a Cisco 350 wireless card as well. I have 2 AC adapters for it and a leather laptop bag.

On eBay these go for between $350 and $750 depending on options.

I'm asking $500 for mine. I will however trade for what I hope to be its replacement. I was using this laptop in my car and would like to use a mini-ITX system instead. I just need 1Ghz or higher, a video out, and a couple of USBs. HD size isn't important and neither is RAM. No OS is needed either.

Only serious inquiries please. Please email me at bjriffel_at_hotmail.com with a subject of "I want your laptop".
