Post Interesting topic.

I read the topic "Wearing letters/colors while drinking" and I found it very interesting. I know that first impressions can make or brake you with a person. Im not a member of any sorority but just wanted to know what you guys think about smoking cigarettes while wearing colors/letters? Is that a bad thing to do?

Really, to be honest, I think it depends on where you go to school, it seemed that EVERYONE at my school smoked, or at least well over half, maybe even 3/4. So it wasn't a big deal. At other schools perhaps smoking is looked at more negatively. Another point would be that smoking doesn't cause you to become disorderly, while drinking does.

At my school it seems like most of the sorority members who do smoke only smoke when they are drinking/partying. Since you can't wear letters when drinking/partying; it's not an issue.

Personally I'd probably be at least a little upset to see someone smoking in letters.
