Had blackened tilapia at Dave and Buster's. It was so-so except for the citrus rice which was bland and dry. This was after waiting for more than 2 hours for a table. Finally after two hours, some people at the bar left, and we ended up sitting at the bar. If we had to wait for the %$&@ing hostess to call our name, we probably would have been there forever. She #%@$ing let all these people that came after us get seated before us. Grrrrrr!!!!
And after all that waiting, our food ended up being mediocre. Next time, we're eating elsewhere first and just going to Dave and Buster's for the games.
Whew, ok done ranting.

Tilapia's my fave, but so many people screw it up. Interestingly enough, that's also what my hubby and I are having for dinner tonight (yes, I already know this - it's the only thing in our freezer and we're currently in the midst of an ice storm, so there'll be no trips to the grocery store today).

I love my hubby!
He had dinner in the oven/on the stove when I got home...about 1.5 hours later than usual.
First I laid down for a nap!! Almost fell asleep during my 3 p.m. meeting.

I made potato wedges (ok, it's a snack, not dinner). I just cut up a russet potato into fry-like pieces then put some Pam, salt, and pepper on it and put it in the oven. Num num num!
I hate running out of time to eat. I need to leave for class in 5 min. Why?!

Homemade pizza loaded with skim mozzerella, pineapple, beef, and carmelized onion. And salads. But I cheated and had hubby pick up side salads from Wendy's.

Did you go to the one on Columbus Ave? I've been to that one, and the food isn't all that great. But, the games are good! You need to try Ted's Montana Grill (on Broad St--near the Kimmel Center.) They have really good steaks and burgers, both bison and non-bison.
