Presenting at UCLA: Alpha Xi Delta, Phi Mu and Alpha Gamma Delta all made presentations this week.
Decision will be made by 2nd week of June. (UCLA is on the quarter system & classes end 3rd week of June.)
UCLA currently has 11 sororities on campus, and, at one time had TWENTY THREE women's NPC organizations on Hilgard (sorority row).
ALL 3 presenting organizations have been at UCLA previously, so it will be a re-colonization!
Great job to the wonderful Greek Life Directors -- quota has increased by over 50% and New Member Class size has increased by over 100% since these 2 leaders came to UCLA in 2006!!!
While the selected group will colonize Fall 2013, the sororities at UCLA are growing so fast that more additions will have to happen in the near future. We're exploding at UCLA!

Thank you for this information!
I know we still own our house. What about Phi Mu and Alpha Xi Delta?

Re: the bold - any possibility that more than one group will be chosen for a stacked expansion?

Just a quick clarification, it's Saint Joseph's University, not college (PA) that is open for expansion!

I mentioned this in the 2011-12 Expansion thread:

Sigma Kappa (726 Hilgard), Zeta Tau Alpha (720 Hilgard) and Delta Zeta (824 Hilgard) sold their homes to UCLA in 2003, which were promptly demolished and re-built into university housing.
According to old yearbooks, chapters like Phi Sigma Sigma, Alpha Xi Delta, and Alpha Omicron Pi were located at addresses that are now large apartment buildings, so I assume those properties were sold quite a while ago.
Delta Phi Epsilon and Theta Phi Alpha weren't located on Hilgard, so I would bet that those houses were converted to apartments as well.

One of the more selective schools in the Cal State system, you mean?

Does anyone know when Swarthmore is announcing their decision? Also, if there was a 3rd group that presented? Thanks!

I think this is incorrect information. We haven't finished receiving packets yet.

Not sure when UC is announcing their decision, but Alpha Xi Delta also presented last week.

Apparently there was some gun-jumping with this information. Unless announced at another time, Sigma Kappa is not presenting at Northeastern.
