Our rho chi training starts in three weeks. Does anyone have an great ideas on what they did as a rho chi. With 23 rho chis we need tobuild serious bonding. Also any advice on how to help the rho chis understand dissafiliation and their new dedication to panhellenic.

thanx

p.s. Does anyone know of some kind of rho chi initiation.

I know that there is a ceremony where the Rho Chi's dissaffiliate. They hand over their pins. I believe you could find it in the green book.

When I was a PX, I didn't have to hand over my pin, but I know we had "initiation" with ritual, and symbols and colors and everything. If you go to the Ball State website www.bsu.edu
and find the Panhellenic Council part, you could probably e-mail the advisor Lynda Malugen or the Panhellenic President and ask them if they would be willing to share their ritual with you. I think it MIGHT have been made up by some people from BSU. Hope it helps. Sorry I couldn't be more specific!
