Pool at Iowa State

A more recent grad/student might help, but the fraternity across from the former AxiD house had a pool when I went to school. I don't remember the name, but the Farmhouse backyard met it too?? So at one time an Iowa State fraternity had a pool??

Phi Kappa Psi.

I think when Phi Psi left campus in 1999 and Sigma Pi took over the house they either destroyed the pool by not taking care of it or filled it in. Phi Kappa Psi came back to campus in 2005 and did a complete renovation of their house, and there's no mention of the pool on their website.

Pools are an insurance liability nightmare. Any house corp in its right mind would fill a pool unless they were extremely well-funded.

AuThetaChi, how many does that house? Also, square footage?

Arkansas Sigma Nu new house. It's pretty much completed I would think, since they move in on Friday.

The house itself is 19,500 S.F. and there is a pavilion behind the house that is about 2,150 S.F.

We have 29 rooms plus a housemother suite. 5 of the rooms are doubles so we have 34 beds total. Every room has a built-in loft.

There are 3 levels but you can really only see two of them in the picture. Once the landscaping is in next week, I'll post some more pictures.

Of course there is more to a fraternity than a house but we are very excited about the house.

Not my house, but I was checking out the UGA houses and I just fell in love with some of the other chapter houses...

Gamma Phi

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this house!!!!!

AGD

AChiO

Pi Phi

Phi Mu

The funny thing about the Phi Mu house, to me, it looks similiar to the ADPi hose.

ADPi

Is it just me, or is anyone else seeing the similarities between the two houses? (Oh, and they are right next door to each other on greek row )

Is this the party barn thing out back? Do all Auburn fraternities do this type thing out back of their houses?

What houses are your neighbors?
