Brothers, I am running for the pledge education/New Member Ed/whatever term you guys call the pledge master. Lately the pledge process at my chapter has been lame, including my own process. I'm not condoning hazing by any means, but this past semester it was pretty much "sign your bid and get in". We actually had a pledge drop because "they weren't doing anything". Any suggestions on how I would be able to turn the process around before the hardest part about pledging is paying your initiation fee?
