I got a teaching contract for next year, not one can tell me for sure what I am teaching!!!!
I might have to teach a few sections of middle school next year!!!

Refreshments huh? Now you know there's always about two or three jokers who only come to eat up all the free cookies and juice, knowin' damn well they don't wanna be vets.

She came out this morning, I heard her playing with some of the toys we got her last night. She also ate some of her food and used the litter box, according to my AM report from lilnikki. Hopefully, she'll get warmed up to her new home soon. I'm charged with giving updates and pictures to her former dad, lol!

Had to drop mine off at the vet this morning so she can get her teeth cleaned...thankfully her insurance will keep me from having to pay $500+ bucks for the visit.

No, actually a lot of people want to be vets. Infact, it's ranked number 4 for most recession proof careers. On top of that, vet techs were ranked number 2. I'm sure kstar would be happy to know that.

This morning on my way to Caribou, I was browsing the radio stations trying to find a good talk topic on talk radio (that's pretty much the only stations I listen to) Well, I ran across a couple talking about their date together. They interviewed her first, and they asked her what he was wearing. She said he was wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, and a pair of white shoes. I loled at the white shoes comment, but apparently she liked them. Then they asked her did he look like she expected him to look, and she kind of beat around the bush. She was talking about how she was impressed with his height, and how nice he was, but she wouldn't comment on his looks. She finally said he was attractive after they asked a million times. Then they got to him, and he said he was very attracted to her. To me, she sounded like she didn't want to make him feel bad, so she said he was attractive.
But I swear, I almost got into an accident from laughing at the white shoes.

Is it just me or are these Somali pirates absurd? I mean, first of all, they are pirates. Now, what, they want to go to war with the U. S.? What is this "honor among pirates"?
If they were real, hardcore pirates, they wouldn't be crying over a few lost men; they would be celebrating because that means a bigger cut for them.
I can say this because I know pirates.

I think the economy is causing extreme road rage. Seriously. Why do people keep tail gating me?! I mean, it's not like I'm driving slow, I'm doing the speed limit. They say not to look at them when they pass, but here, you're screwed if you do, and screwed if you don't. I swear, if I had to slam on my brakes for whatever reason, she would have plowed right into the back of me. Here, we have no fault insurance, and I'm not even sure how that works, but from the sounds of it, if she hit me and it was her fault, nothing would happen to her. I haven't even had this car a year, and from the way people are driving (out of anger and stress) I may not have it a year.
