I do really like the sorority house index blogspot but I don't think it's been updated in a few years. It'd be cool to get an updated version with the houses that have undergone rebuilds with the before and after.

The Eta Kappa Chapter of Delta Gamma at North Carolina State University has a new house! The collegians moved in the other day and here are some photos I managed to dig up. So excited for the women who get to live in this beautiful house! These are the best pics I could find. Hopefully more will surface in the coming days and into recruitment.

Please excuse the paint tray (haha!)

To be continued in next post.

Is the room with all the long tables the dining room? I thought they were putting it in the basement so it would open on the patio.....

^^based on all the security lighting I'm guessing this is the basement.

The house is just lovely, contemporary and right for the 21st century. The solid brick exterior is wonderful. One thing some of the new housing has lost is the charm of the exteriors from 50-60 years ago. This house has the best of both eras, inside and out.

Sigma Kappa at the University of Florida

Our original home from 1955-2015

Move into our new home, at the same location, was Sunday! I believe we are the first Sigma Kappa to completely rebuild on the same lot. Interior photos to come at a later date!

Our new home houses 66 members, plus the House Mother's suite and a two-person guest room.

Are all the University of Florida NPC groups building new homes?

In the past four years it seems most SEC schools have every NPC group building/rebuilding.

Would enjoy reading more statistics, if people have them, concerning NPCs in the SEC rebuilding.

UF:
We just gained Gamma Phi Beta and they will be building a new home, plus APhi is also set to colonize soon. DDD rebuilt about 8-9 years ago. DZ built new when they colonized in 04/05. DG is planning to rebuild and has plans drawn up (I've heard 2018 completion tossed around). KD, Phi Mu, and Theta did additions or renovations in the last 4 years. Rumors of ADPi starting to look at a large scale project are also floating. Theta Chi rebuilt two or so years ago, and a few more fraternities have plans to rebuild or renovate.

Most houses are from around the 50's, so they are all in need of work in some form or another.
