FSUZeta, I fear that we may be needing a new refrigerator very soon as well! The ice maker isn't working, and I plan to throw out a lot of too soft food from the freezer.
One of our favorite mom & pop restaurants opened this week, so we went there last night to celebrate. I had my usual turkey dinner (mashed potatoes, the very best green beans I've ever had, cranberries & cornbread; Hubby had Fish & Chips, only with mashed potatoes instead of true chips.
Hubby hasn't had fish & chips since he had a stroke in March, and he was almost purring with the excitement! He only gets one "cheat" meal a week, which is really hard for a guy who ate so many fried foods that he's lost 40 pounds! Today, it's back to the baked or grilled zone!

A big bowl of oatmeal leftover from breakfast containing yougurt, nuts, cheese, fruit, chocolate and butter. Was too hot to finish this AM, so this Goldilocks put it into the refrigerator to cool far away from any bears.

Baked red and yellow sweet peppers stuffed with red beans, diced tomatoes, onions, avocado, and quinoa that were all sautéed in olive oil and lime juice, fresh green beans with onion and Breyer’s peanut butter carb smart ice-cream.
I felt like being creative, eating healthy with a LITTLE sin for dessert!! My wife set the table and put things in the dishwasher...gotta trade off in these times.
